In 1992 Tam started to firmly establish its territorial presence which came along with the creation of the Teatro Carcere project (Theatre for the inmates project).

This is a permanent workshop which leads to the conception of theatrical events in collaboration with inmates and with the project Atti Minori made in partnership with e.t.i. and the Ministry of Justice for minors taken into care.
