In agreement with the Municipality of Padua, in 1995 Tam opened the Tam Teatro Maddalene.

This is a an allocated space in the centre of town where Tam realises musical events, the contemporary dance and experimental theatre season and de generazioni (play on words meaning about generations and de-generations) festival.

In 1996 Tam gave birth to Oikos, permanent workshop of scenic arts. Its aim is to reach the youngest generations with its work on language research by means of workshops, training and theatre events.

The dialogue, which began at Oikos between teachers and students, has led more recently to the realisation of theatre-music events (Gioventù infiammabile and Segni nel Tempo) where the interest on performance features and free creation implemented on stage has been renovated.
